The main services we offer to our clients with the expert staff of our office are services required before and after incorporation of companies, preparations for the board of directors’ meetings, ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings and maintaining these meetings, and pursuing lawsuit and other legal processes for any commercial disputes to which a company is a party. We provide complete consultancy services with the legal infrastructure that best suits the personal circumstances of our clients in the course of obtaining all necessary licenses, permits and authorizations depending on the sector of our client, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of all kinds of national and international commercial contracts.

In the merger and acquisition processes of companies, we endeavour to work in an extremely meticulous manner from the initial meetings, negotiations, preparation of all kinds of relevant documents, due diligence, drafting of all kinds of contracts required before and after the transfer, and maintaining the negotiations up to the closing phase.
